Introducing the Tula Midi Skirt; designed with a fitted panel at the waist and hips with a dramatic ruffle tiered skirt. The fixed waistband features an elastic back panel for maximum comfort and an easy fit with a side zipper closure. Cut in an embroidered swiss dot cotton fabrication with crochet trims at each ruffle end. Make it a matching set paired back to the Alicia Top.
