Shipping and Return Policy
We want you to love your items, but we understand that some things are not meant to be. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your unworn items for return within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns must be postmarked within 7 business days of the delivery receipt date. We will not accept any returns after 14 days.
Kindly note that a $10 return fee will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, we can issue store credit with no return fee deduction.
All items marked "FINAL SALE" are not returnable.
All merchandise must be unworn and in new condition with all tags attached in the original packaging.
We currently do not accept returns on International orders.
Some offers are Final Sale when noted; no returns, exchanges or store credit.
ALLISON New York monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts based on order or returns behavior.
We reserve the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
Return/Exchange Procedure
Email info@shopallison.com and state the reason for you return. Please state whether you would like a refund (minus $10 restocking fee) or a store credit. Once approved, you will then receive a UPS prepaid return shipping label via email.
If you choose to send back your return using a different method, please make sure to include the invoice number on the package. You should ship your exchange with a carrier that will supply you with a tracking number to ensure that your package will not get lost. Packages must be returned prepaid. We will not accept COD.

Once your return arrives at our facility, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.
For exchanges, if the requested item is not available you will be notified via email and we will issue you a refund. It takes 3 – 5 business days to process exchanges after we have received your item.
Shipping
All orders are shipped via UPS Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. Standard orders ship within 2 business days from our New York warehouse, if your item is in stock. For items on pre-order this time may vary. Express orders including 3rd Day, 2nd Day and Overnight placed Monday - Friday after 12 PM Eastern Time will be processed the following business day. Express orders placed Saturday - Sunday will be processed Monday.
We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
During times of high-volume orders may take up to 3 business days to ship.
International customers are responsible for all local duties and taxes.
