SHIPPING & RETURNS
We want you to love your items, but we understand that some things are not meant to be.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your unworn items for return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. We will not accept any returns after 14 days.
Kindly note that a $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. All items marked "FINAL SALE" are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Other return policies
All merchandise must be unworn and in new condition with all tags attached in the original packaging.
We currently do not accept returns on International orders.
ALLISON New York monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts based on order or returns behavior.
We reserve the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
Shipping
All orders are shipped via UPS Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. Standard orders ship within 2 business days from our New York warehouse, if your item is in stock. For items on pre-order this time may vary. Express orders including 3rd Day, 2nd Day and Overnight placed Monday - Friday after 12 PM Eastern Time will be processed the following business day. Express orders placed Saturday - Sunday will be processed Monday.
We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
We are not responsible for lost packages unless package is shipped with signature required.
During times of high-volume orders may take up to 3 business days to ship.
International customers are responsible for all local duties and taxes.
